RTVCPlay is the technological platform of RTVC Sistema de Medios Públicos that offers all Colombians, inside and outside the country, free access to video and audio content through the Internet in a live and on-demand scheme. It aims to contribute to the strengthening and dissemination of Colombia's cultural and natural heritage, the promotion of culture and science, the values of civic engagement, identity, peaceful coexistence, and the creation of a better-informed and educated society. The themes and content are aimed at the general public.

Within our application, you will find cultural and entertainment content for all audiences including movies, documentaries, documentary series, children's programs, radio dramas, and magazines that are part of RTVC's offering, integrated by Señal Colombia, Canal Institucional, Radiónica, Señal Memoria, and Radio Nacional de Colombia.

You can use RTVCPlay freely as it is completely free. You won't be restricted by the broadcast schedule of a movie or series of your interest to enjoy the content; you can watch or listen at any time, according to your needs and from your favorite mobile device.

RTVCPlay offers on-demand content that you can enjoy whenever you want. You just need to access the production that interests you the most and binge-watch without interruptions. Additionally, you will find live content which includes real-time broadcasts of Señal Colombia and Canal Institucional channels, as well as Radio Nacional de Colombia and Radiónica stations. Furthermore, you can share content with the little ones in your household in our dedicated Children's section.

As part of the enhancement of our offering, we establish agreements, alliances, and acquire rights to materials to publish them on RTVCPlay after they have aired on any of the public media system's channels. Nonetheless, we also feature original productions that are uploaded first in the application before being aired on television in some cases.

In this way, RTVCPlay aims to provide a different window compared to conventional radio and television platforms all in one place. We were honored with the 2016 Índigo Award in the Digital Innovation Category.
